'One off' debtors to chase, I charge a fixed fee depending on the amount of the invoice to be chased.
When I am given a larger number of debtors to chase, then I charge an hourly rate. My invoices will be issued on a weekly basis and must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.
Please contact me directly to discuss my fees, usually these are set rates, although in some cases I am able to negotiate a rate which satisfies both parties.. due to the number of debtors to chase/age of debt/general circumstances and the debtor in question, etc.
Small Claims fees through the court
As mentioned previously, this is the last resort and hopefully it won't get to this point, but if you wish to proceed via this route then remember that you need to pay a small claims court fee initially, so its completely up to you once it gets to this point. I work as hard as possible to prevent this action from taking place.
In many cases by simply appointing me to chase your outstanding debt that’s enough to ensure you get paid. Why? Quite simply because I will take a pro active and tenacious approach to getting your account settled for you.
Fees do fluctuate in cost, therefore if a debtor is put through the small claims, I am able to confirm the accurate fee at the time before going ahead.
I ask that all court fees are paid upfront. They are charged separately and therefore not included in my service charge rate. All court fees and my charges are payable in any event and will be invoiced when the action is taken. If the action is defended, I will advise you in writing of the options and costs involved.
Payments are to be made by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque.
A contract is supplied on commencement which covers both parties.
I reserve the right to refuse any task I deem to be illegal or offensive.
Confidentiality is of the up most importance to me and I am willing to sign confidentiality agreements if required.
Any questions reference any of the above, then please feel free to ring or email me directly.
